Mollie (formerly Yvette)

Hello Everyone at Atlanta Pet Rescue. I'm embarrassed at how long overdue I am in sending this email. I am contacting you to update and let you know how much I love my wonderful 'Mollie'. I adopted Mollie, my Yorkie-Poo in October 2005 from APR when I lived in Marietta, GA. At the time, you took her in, you called her 'Yvette'.

Mollie brought much love and laughter to me and my Yorkie, Max in 2005. She was a bit intimidating to Max at first but loved to play and tease him as she became accustomed to her new home. As I was signing the adoption papers for Mollie, I saw the word 'destructive' behavior but did not let that stop me from taking her home to foster and later adopt. Once I got her home, there was no letting her go! She has been the joy of my life ever since she arrived. We snuggle and play everyday and she sleeps with me too, even though I know that's considered a 'no-no' by some people. She is a very good traveler and always ready to go for a ride. She is loved and adored by everyone that meets her and she thrives with all the attention she gets.

Mollie and I Iost Max, who now waits for us at 'Rainbow Bridge' in 2008. We grieved together but have many fond, loving memories of Max and will never allow his memory to fade.

Mollie and I now live in Destin, FL. I am writing this today after returning with Mollie from her annual checkup where she received a very good report. She is now 5+ years old and weighs 11.5 pounds! We continue to be best of pals and I wanted you to know that my Mollie is one of the 2 most devoted friends I've ever had. I hope your other adopting families find their best friends too at APR!!!

Kindest Regards,

Yvonne P.
