Vinny (formerly Kenny)

I adopted Kenny last week....Just wanted to give you an update.

I was told he had lived at the shelter or in a foster home all of his life. He is just too adorable and has brought so much love & enjoyment into my home. I named him Vinny because it sounded similar to Kenny. He loves to empty the toy box at the house & the lobster is his favorite.

I work in a veterinary hospital & he has gone to work with me several days and loves all the attention there. My mother goes to an adult daycare center & I have taken him there as well. He went around and greeted everyone happily. I was concerened that he'd be scared but he is like a greeting ambassador no matter where he goes he loves everyone.
He is a perfect fit!

Vinny & Ozzy, my Yorkie/Terrier-orize everything. Vinny tried to attack a toad stool on a walk the other day, and has the most adorable bark. He will bark at things then run behind me. Its so cute!
Everyone asks what he is.... I believe he was listed as a Biewer Yorkie, but I am more inclined to believe he is a powder puff Chinese Crested/Yorkie mix. Whatever he is, he couldn't be more perfect or loved. I feel fortunate & blessed that he came into my life.

I would like to commend Clay for being both professional and compassionate the day we came in to meet Vinny. I know he was truly concerned that Vinny may never overcome the shyness that he showed that day we visted, but Vinny is the total opposite of what he was that day. There really didn't seem to be a period of adjustment or awkwardness upon arrival into his new home. It was like he had always been a part of my furry family.

I know you all must wonder at times whatever happened to this pet or that pet after their adoption, I know I would! I just wanted to update you on his happily ever after, forever home story.

Thanks so much,
Rebecca M.
