I remember when Hopper first came to Atlanta Pet Rescue as a wee kitten just barely bigger than my thumb. He had been orphaned, along with the rest of his litter. Only one other sibling survived. APR gave him the round-the-clock care he required to grow and thrive. Now, he's the life of the party ... and of our house. He is the center of attention, plays with EmmaK and the beagles, and loves to lay on my computer when I'm working ... which means I don't get much work done! Thank you, Atlanta Pet Rescue!! Hopper is a treasure!

Hopper (aka Oreo)
Just about two months ago, I brought then Oreo home to foster. Within two days, I knew he was staying. He immediately took to my two beagles and they to him. The resident cat, Emma Kate, wasn't so sure about this bouncy, hoppy kitten ... but being less than a year old herself, she quickly jumped on board and now, her and Hopper play like crazy and rest together. Hopper's name came from his crazy hop he does right before he attacks the nearest dog. The dogs love it and his little moves helped me come up with a unique name that fits this black and white cat to a T.
